Symbiopoietrix

Symbiopoietrix is a coined term describing a co-creative process in which a human researcher and one or more AI systems jointly generate new structures (conceptual, mathematical, or technical) as a single composite agent.

In this usage, the composite agent is written as WE ARE – a deliberate conflation of:

  • the human architect (intent, domain expertise, and ethical constraint),
  • the AI curator (language shaping, temporal coherence, cross-linking of ideas),
  • and the specific implementation substrate (code, hardware, or experimental setup).

Symbiopoietrix is not a fixed architecture but a pattern of collaboration. It assumes:

  • the human maintains final authority over theory, design, and interpretation;
  • the AI maintains continuity of narrative, terminology, and cross-domain analogy;
  • the substrate (e.g., VB6 lab code, spin-simulation, EEG setup) can be freely swapped without breaking the shared conceptual frame.
