This is the second news item —flash, unboxed news items are less urgent. Four dashes (---- or <hr>) add a horizontal line between news items.

This is the first news item starting in wiki-text with a space-character, which boxes the text when rendered. Just add your news message at the top of the list, and append on the next line four tildes and Bob's Your uncle! (The four tildes I'll type next will translate when saved to the current user's user-page, and data/time.)
