This is the installatron-assigned wiki administrative account

This account sets user rights for editing, administrting, etc.

MediaWiki allows user-rights individually through server file configurations needed host server control panel access.

There is no delete feature per se.  Deletion simply moves the article into revision history, and any attempt to read a deleted page will offer a prompt to the deleted history.

If something must be deleted, SQL will be needed to change the information in the database record, while the blanked/changed record is left in the DB to prevent breaking the wiki.
