Summary
Zenkin is the source of the Quasi Axiomatic Theory AND Paradigm, as taught Don 'XenoEngineer' Mitchell in 1999-2000 toward BAA2000 --the Cyber Terrorism BAA. When citizen contributions were public domain. Mine contributions are yet public domain by law.
Zenkin created the computer science of the 'People Hunter' a.k.a. Orwellian Butterfly Hunter, introduced to DARPA and funded in 2001. Two installments of 800 million USD were made to fund this project to my knowledge, as gleaned in newsfeeds that year.
The Soviet Quantum Field Theory(s) were classified by the CIA in 1959.
As I refused CIA employment post-funding, I enjoy legal-immunity under citizen-non-contractor-carve-out. Not to be abused.
My knowledge of a classified paradigm, taught me by Dr. Prueitt (1999-2000), was transferred legally to me, technically, by not citing that the information was classified concepts.
As the QAt author, a time-series analysis port of Zenkin's comp sci has created what may be the original randomity-engine that power's the emerge-processing of the Soviet Quantum Field Theory(s).
