The study/search for
environmental correlations of anomaly within the noise profile over time in a chaotic magnetic ring amplifier will attempt to find a hyper-fine fractal feedback control-lock on the anomaly of interest toward controlling/amplifying the regularity of this whisper in the noise (which could be a ring-amp lock on Van Allen belt whistlers or an algorithmic lock on VLF).
A long-term study teases my druthers for multiple units here and there that could combine data for indication of a lock on the same signal anomaly in different places. (If there really is a lock to be found.) That study direction could possibly be funded for a hired expert or two, perhaps plausible in group funding once prototyped and working.

A well-made array of smooth copper tubing knots on a torus engineered to cross Znidarsic-s velocity over an adjustable range, and driven to total chaos inherent to ring-oscillators (increase power to VCO ring osc. that increases the center-frequency of randomness) --tune for a bifurcaton point in a power envelop containing more energy in transient pulse energy than the harmonic envelop could contain if the coils were to harmonize.
Anticipation-: nothing dramatic is expected to occur at Zndiarsic's velocity operation which is at some tangential-speed and radius of the copper toroidal step-phased array (random rotation steps in one direction).
Anticipation+: A timing-wave in periodic sampling when crossing the theoretical Znidarsic's velocity would be of interest to Mr. Z. (With lots of reality between here and there, or course.)

The technology narrows down to a solid copper power-switching-stud with CNC carved hollows housing high-power ultra-transistors (nanosecond switching of heavy amperage) with embedded artifactual-intelligence on-chip in the stud, also (Maxwell's litl' buddie brains, or angel-smarts dancing on a quantum-enhanced FET gate of a monolithic passivated-die eGaN transistor). The eGaN, or enhanced gallium nitride ultra-transistor is a transistor of choice for VCO power ring amp designs. The eGaN surface mount passivated die transistor is four millimeters long. When the simultaneous velocity of wavefronts match, and this match is an oscillatory continuum, pragmatic theory not based on woo woo states: the low impedance coupling of matched-phase spaces combines the two energy systems.
