Tension the tensile matter lattice, then modulate the tension with the duration of the quantum transitions founding tensile force, and if this is accomplished with a coil and pulse-patterns, then this coil would be a scalar coil, per se.

The purpose of a 'tensor coil' is to dimple a 'tensor field' with continuous wave (CW) resonance (CWR), or create a transient effect, like pinging the fabric of reality.

This term borrows from Wilbert B. Smith's name for the field generated by the Caduceus-winding on hollow ferrite of 14# solid copper, which he explored for resonance with power A.M. transmitter signals in the 1950s, as a Deputy Director of an ionospheric monitoring grid built by Canada.

'Tensor' refers to the tensor mathematics of Albert Einstein, inferring that Einstein's math could model the 'scalar phenomenon' examined to be a resonant loading on the temporal fabric of reality.

Podkletnov pinged reality loudly, he slammed the matter lattice of a spinning superconductor held at continuous RF resonance by an external RF field --with a 2 million volt discharge.  His beam anomaly was a transient scalar event.

A levitating UAP/UFO craft, as observed and disclosed by the military, are levitated by a field-effect.  While the field may be the cause, or the field may be a symptom of the levitating dynamic, is yet an area with no definitions, and largely the query remains as but an imaginary comparison in a quantum physicist's mind.  

There's no definition or terms (known to XenoEngineer) that examine the fabric of reality, and the plenum that conveys information superluminally.  Spooky actions per Einstein.  How fast can a spooky action signal the opposite side of the galaxy?  Not to mention, at the simultaneous moment, the other side of the galaxy is the future from the image we see looking into the sky.  

While it is easy to say that a tensor field is warped space time, it is very difficult to rip one's mind out of the mainstream mind set, and consider Einsteinian space-time fabric does not disallow itself if time per locale is variable.  But it seems rubber-sheet temporal-reality mathematics would be needed, or a different approach.

Dear Human Engineer: You too can be broken from the mold, and design devices based on principles discussed, and use the devices under intelligent AI machine-learning and such, to scan reality for the very same affordance that we human engineers do not fathom —which same unknown affordance the UAP engineers obviously do know.
 
Build a scanner for the unknown.  Throughout the Quantum Emergence Comic Wiki there is ample concept-density to tune an AI to support exploration for the unknown affordance.
