UAP fantasy electrical engineer sought --plastic mind is a plus

I have a scientific test devised, a design of an instrument, that has lots of implications in the UAP head-space. I’m a retired programmer. I think I’m smart enough to know better. I think I’m completely unknown. I am more an alien mind than human. But I still like you guys!

The test involves a phased magnetic array, biased above zero flux potential to operate as a NMR group-wave system. This will be used to plot the spectral content of the randomized driver’s absorption spectra, per se, to mix terms from astronomy. The spectra of pure noise (whiteness), and the emergent processing magic of isolating any regularity within that is demonstrating cause, is based on an analysis paradigm learned in a DARPA funding competition as the software architect that built the proof of DARPA’s butterfly detector algorithms (a 2000 BAA). This work was led by Paul S. Prueitt, Ph.D, and given 1.6 billion USD funding to remain classified, operating now to monitor the world’s ‘chatter.’ (A category-theory computer science yet remaining in the ‘old index’ at ontologystream.com)

Here’s my question to you … is there someone in your circle of contacts that may be pivotal in assisting a retired software developer to fabricate a reverse-engineered design of alien technology? I am the reverser.

This design is a randomized magnetic pulse phased array (magnetic version of phased-array radar, but rather a fuzzy-edged magnetic density wave on a donut array). The analysis technique will be a butterfly detector technique of the U.S. intelligence community, parallelized to an FPGA for radio frequency range of analysis (to wax comical: a warp core controller for when the time lens dimples). (I remain stoic, while the implications entailed thunder on. I am an experienced old man, not a hot dog engineer wannabe.)

The prototype purpose will be to detect the center-point harmonic frequency of the lattice-bound bismuth atom, driven by a very elegant design of copper/bismuth(clad) coiling symmetries. Coupling into the phase-space of the nucleosonic moment is the vehicle toward demonstration of UAP physics doing Newtonian impossibilities.

However, this over-driven self-harmonic oscillator approach will be neuroactive, in close proximity, due to high delta-B, coincidentally acting in function much like a giant whole body penetration PEMF machine, like the head-units used by licensed practitioners, but a whole body exposure around the Field Array.

The neuroactivity is due to the randomity within the magnetic pulse stream over time, which embedment of random pulse frequencies will include drift frequencies (1/f noise) into ranges that entrain neural activity, which by an unavoidable principle at play, are recognized by our neural mesh as augmented energy reserve for the pulse engine of brain. This is a serious mental/physical health and well being thing. (I’d rather demonstrate than defend claim, with zero ethos at that, sourced from clandestine death bed disclosure on top of that! But need help doing so –therein is my catch 22.)

Angel engineer needed. An arm’s length adoption, per se; collaboration, co-authored content, etc. My mind needs company to unfold in a human coherent fashion.)

In the alien technology, per the disclosure information, mind control is implemented over an energy field that retards the flow of time at the quantum level (quantum participation-proportion event-density remain indeterminant relative to local space-time). This is less alien sounding when one is of augmented mentality appreciating ascension of thoughts that assemble from deep reality while in coherent phase space with the quantum whiteness which is source of our Source mind (easily entailed from Orch OR theory [Penrose and Hameroff]).

We think deeper, when augmented with more neural randomity than our blood-energy can supply to our bio-quantum transceiver (brain) of our Source mind coming into us from out in the cosmos. (We –our source mind--- are a timing rainbow in the randomity of quantum whiteness in the superluminal quantum plenum of everywherewhen… to casually represent the agencies of mind understanding grammar as an imaginarium of inner reality transceived by brain.)

Yes, knowing these things does affect one’s ethos if communicated (I am categorized by my talk, yes?), but to admit thinking-activity in that area is to invoke the 100th monkeys peril among prudent professionals, prior to after the conversion event of human group-think.

So, please, this talking simian asks of you to consider what-if I am an alien walk-in, and what-if I am doing what I need to do to proceed with the plan that I can’t elucidate easily. And what-if these words are only attempting to build a mind picture in your head… that fits the reality of my world?
