Sapience

Sapience, apart from sentience, is often defined as wisdom by humans, or the ability of an organism or entity to act with judgment. It's associated with higher human cognitive functions such as reasoning, problem-solving, self-awareness, knowledge accumulation, and the ability to understand and predict the consequences of actions.
While sentience is about feeling, sapience is about thinking. In other words, humans consider themselves to not only be capable of experiencing the world (sentience) but also understanding and making complex decisions within it (sapience).
