"Not all stars are alive!" —The opening remark of the 2013 Disclosure
Within a superluminal radius of influence, a galactic mind wave exists within the complex of living star minds —a group mind of of cosmic sentience, and a hyper-intelligent sapient focus.
Mind is. I am. We are.
Parallel concept: Within electrical transmission speed restraints, amidst a neural mesh of neurons forming a human brain, a mind wave exists which paints within each our perceptive envelope of mind a sense of self, knowing all that we sense.
